Takk ... is the fourth album by this great band. In this album these guys find a way to Quajar the sound of previous albums. Vocalist Jonsi described it as "a little happier than" () "with more hope. Hoppípolla: Beautiful issue. Starts with a piano arpeggio and then go the whole band. Jónsi (voalista) with her delicate voice in his lyrics express a childlike joy, the joy of a child jumping in puddles (Hoppípolla = jumping through puddles.) Then the band gets stronger while singing in falsetto Jónsi hopelandic (language invented by the band) with typical "Yu Shai ...".
