I Supertux World 1 How Do You Beat The Boss

Russian Circles - Geneva (2009)

Geneva, one of the largest cities, is used as a title for the last boot epic instrumental band. The band proves once again that voices need to excite and reaffirm their quality of unclassifiable swinging between post rock and post metal, two genres that have that sound so characteristic atmospheric heir of Pink Floyd.

Fathom - The atmospheric sound of a guitar begins the disc, a battery that evokes the wild make us feel tension. A riff that stays close to the base achieves a solid theme, while maintaining atmófera. Then the low dares to create a more funk-based, that gives freshness to the subject in the midst of the heaviness. Dissonant arpeggios give way to emotion of the final chord ending in a shriek atmosphere.

Geneva - The tension arises from the start, the atmosphere appears later in the form of slow melodies. The force base fill riffera the subject, while the battery fills the species with the dishes. Again surprisingly bass lines creating fixed.

Melee - density and drama are imposed, creating a dreamlike structure, the addition of cello returns to the theme sublime and gives an air of post rock. In the end the question becomes heavier, but it is mild compared with other subjects.
Hexed
All - With a bright sound, very post rock that never gets to explode and thus maintained his innocence throughout the track.

Malko - A nimble arpeggio shows the strongest track on the disc. The guitar played so furiously on the other hand brings atmospheric sounds but aggressive.

When The Mountain Comes to Muhammad - The start is with a keyboard sound with some arpeggios space while hearing a voice as transmitted from a radio. Then a melody riff with more pessimistic. The battery stands out a lot, creating climates and become important part of the assembly. There are parts that clearly owe much to "Echoes" by Pink Floyd. Philos

- Appears with the aggressiveness contained in screeching guitars that stop and give way to simple deep murmurs, then this will raise with symphonic sounds. Later the precise sound of percussion is present in subtle ways, as part of the whole. Then comes the joy, a momentary outburst, the drumbeats accompany a melody that grows. Then they continue to maintain arpeggios joy and are prepared to reach another climax this time more distorted. Finally the track ends in a happy joy where there is no more to be held and can only relax and let go by the noise of the world.

Taylor Swift Soundboards

Gazpacho - Tick Tock (2009) The Mars Volta

Gazpacho this year gives us an album full of atmosphere with a modern style influenced by Porcupine Tree and Muse. Having delivered a critically acclaimed album as "Night" is coming back with a successful album with melodies and complex atmospheres.

Desert Flight: The subject has a rocking vein that, however, is then overshadowed by a more epic and dramatic, in part because the keyboards but mainly by the PO with a style similar to Muse. There is also a very floydiano breakdown in the atmosphere created by electronic sounds and keyboard climates with a guitar arpeggio repeats as long as the voice in the distance olle sounded like a megaphone, mesmerizes us. This breaks the battery gets more intense with the atmosphere becomes more and more poignant and ultimately all leads to a sweet strains of a violin and piano.

The Walk pt.1: Unlike the previous topic, here the atmosphere and the melody is imposed from the beginning. The hook of vocal lines fit perfectly with the gloomy lighting arrangements. Another big break us to the East with Arabic and an intelligent air deployment of mellotron, accurate. Finally, a second break reinforces the eastern air this time with the violin as the star.

The Walk pt.2: Again voice introduces us to the issue and imposes on the rest of the band, while the mellotron is felt to support the complex atmosphere. Tick Tock

pt.1: The clock introduces the subject, filled with compressed air at the beginning. In the break the battery provides the main change, becoming more dynamic. At the end, a chorus of voices olle sacred, giving it a ghostly air to the subject. Tick Tock

pt.2: This time the tune is more upbeat and the distortion is more present. The instrumental break has a more symphonic airs this time full of melancholy, again takes the violin melody. Then the guitar is responsible for creating a precise melodic line. The last minutes of the subject is grim. Tick Tock

pt.3: Aires floydiano create the atmosphere while the melody is reminiscent of Porcupine Tree.

is Never Winter: is the pop song, very nice, with catchy melodies and rather melancholy.

The Notorious Jewel De'nyle & Shelly Martinez

- Octahedron (2009) Prog

The long awaited fourth album this band has made half a world bewildered. Seriously is that the disc is a sea of tranquility compared to all previous records, especially with the former being the most havoc with a good dose of noise. With this album the band wants to enter the field of "creating the perfect song 'or something. That's why this album Improvisation is minimal and structures have been reduced mostly to traditional standards of song. Omar Rodriguez as this is the acoustic album of Mars Volta, despite having electric sounds this is the idea that Mars Volta is an acoustic album acrerca.
topics dealing with various issues such as kidnapping, abduction or as Omar says "born of a sense of loss and nostalgia" is not a concept album.

Since We've Been Wrong: The first thing you think is "wtf? what happened, this is not Mars Volta, where these breaks are crazy, this sounds too ballad. But on the other hand one is noticing that this new facet is gaining strength, and the band, yet maintains its essence. Is an acoustic song arrangements adorned the ghostly Omar goes in crescendo until the whole band goes but is never distorted the usual madness of the band.

Teflon: Another issue that despite being faster than the previous one, keeping pace relaxed as Omar presents its eco-filled arrangements reminding us that the psychedelic is always evident. It is a theme song format without special breaks. Halo Of

Nembutals: The beginning is spooky but short-lived because the chorus appears unexpectedly as a melodic wave. This certainly seems to me the issue with better phrasing of the disc, ie Cedric's work here seems accurate. We must pay attention also to the final part where Thomas Pridgen maintains a frenetic pace characteristic of him as a loose piano notes wild.

With Twilight As My Guide: The first issue atmospheric, with air floydiano. It is an emulation of spatial ballad acoustic guitar arpeggios.

Cotopaxi: This issue looks like an island because it is the only one who has that frenetic widely used by the band. Quite a devastating Temon, despite its short duration. Has one of the most interesting and exciting breaks the record, that in which the band shows its great timing.
Desperate
Graves: Another good topic with the melody in front, with a chorus loud and correct phrasing.

Copernicus: space is the main issue, it never gets to explode, is always kept dark and slow. At noon displayed electronic sounds but still the issue remains atmospheric. You could say that is the issue most dense disk.

Luciforms: The grand finale. Could not be otherwise with this Temon. With a structure similar to "Halo of Nembutals" theme adds a nice guitar solo, and note that almost no solos on this album. With a chorus as gancheros and psychedelia.

2. Teflon

How To Fix An Underbite Without Braces

Song of the Week: Camel - Ice

One of the most beautiful melodies of all music is that the electric INICA topic. Everything in the song remains slow, but it reaches an intensity at which the speed is less important, pure emotion is the conductive path that expresses the depths of melancholy.

Side Effects Of Sceletium Tortuosum

maudlin of the Well - Part The Second (2009)

Maudlin of the Well is a band dedicated to experimentation. Led by Toby Driver, the band is riding in his first album by a very avant-garde metal, expressed in their first two albums. The band disbanded in 2001 but returned this year with a record that was funded by the fans themselves, and therefore can be downloaded for free on their website. For many perhaps the name of Toby Driver not say anything, but this guy is known for being able to create the most outrageous sound experiments without reaching the extreme of pure ruidismo, perhaps many may know his other band, Kayo Dot, which is another one of those cult bands that must be taken into account. On this album, the metal has been neglected almost entirely for give way to a more spatial sound, dense and very jazzy and classical influence. The instrumentation can be described as a deep sleep to be turning into a nightmare. Excerpt from

6,000,000,000,000 Miles Before the First, Or, the Revisitation of the Blue Ghost: The album opens in a very relaxing with a bossa nova winds. The slow track of the disc is used for squid and noted at the front, the band has changed, as expected. The slow and almost whispered vocals with jazz rhythms gives us a very sensitive issue. Later on various instrumental parts are going to keep us in a seesaw of intensity as the only known post rock, but without becoming in that genre. Keep

Light Near You, Even When Dying: A nice start vibraphone and violin with us into a colorful item, blue in the beginning, with bursts of aggression, expressed mostly in the dissonant harmonies, of course. At the end is a voice processor in schizophrenics while air becomes tense rhythm and melody becomes more and more bleak.

Turning to Rose Quartz Glass: The start symphonic melodies opens the issue with referring to the previous topic a bit, then a piano line is planted as a base while the battery is dedicated to creating rolls. After the violin is just drawing different melodies, then they will accompany different noises, creating an eerie atmosphere. The last two minutes the subject is ordered and displays the voice, with a soothing tone accompanied by a stronger base, reaching to sound pretty 'radioheadiano'.

Garland Clover Island: The issue hits our senses directly with the noisy introduction, as if they were home runs. Then the issue gets a funk rhythm, the singing voice sounds distant and a megaphone. In half of the subject appears suddenly quiet, until you can hear birds. The melancholy envelops us and send us through places clear. In the end the issue is gaining strength and leads to a solid base to finally return to melancholy ending theme.

Laboratories of the Invisible World (the Cosmic Palmistric Rollerskating Postborder): Finally, the longest track on the disc. Begins with a jazz chord touched up, followed by a melodic part that is cut quickly through the distortion, that is when the voice becomes schizophrenic. Then the track takes this strength and brings a riff that reminds us at least for a moment to the previous albums, this does not last long as the party becomes tense as before, then you are adding different guitar arrangements that give theme color. There is also room for common rhythms and direct that highlight the band's rock. So are happening the weirdest ideas where the vanguard of the band is clear.

The Song Prog of the week: Tool - Parabola

would have to be blind not to notice in this video at least a disturbing image, a second that we have removed the breath, you've taken the last of us. Once a friend, who is studying art, he told me categorically that Tool's videos are art and capitalized. This is one of the effects caused by the mixture of darkness and tension, both musical and visual, but an image suceción intense and filled with symbolism. This video in particular seems epic, from the beginning to the glorious end. Tool returned crestfallen meaning to video. Hurra by this metal claustrophobic.

What Does Meningitis Headache Feel Like

Sigur Ros - Takk ... (2005)

Takk ... is the fourth album by this great band. In this album these guys find a way to Quajar the sound of previous albums. Vocalist Jonsi described it as "a little happier than" () "with more hope. The lyrics speak of small adventures, maybe children's stories. They are simple and naive, and always have a hero. For example, the Glósóli wake up and everything is dark, can not see the light. He thinks that the sun is gone and begins a journey to search, find the final "

Hoppípolla: Beautiful issue. Starts with a piano arpeggio and then go the whole band. Jónsi (voalista) with her delicate voice in his lyrics express a childlike joy, the joy of a child jumping in puddles (Hoppípolla = jumping through puddles.) Then the band gets stronger while singing in falsetto Jónsi hopelandic (language invented by the band) with typical "Yu Shai ...".

Sæglópur: has a more mysterious and dark. Start with some gentle piano chords and arrangements that seem to enter the vibraphone while Jónsi falsetto. Then enter all the band and its well-known Jonsi plays guitar sound (which is played with a bow violin) and the issue becomes more space.

Heysatan: All quiet in this topic makes you fly when you close your eyes and dream that you have no obligations or liabilities, or debts. It's so slow, no layers of effects, only organic sounds more orchestrated keyboard and the beautiful voices. Thus ends a memorable album for a moment at least we made it back to childhood.

Is It Normal For 11 Yr Olds To Masturbrate

Sigur Ros - () (2002)

This is the famous untitled album, it's none of their songs has a title and the lyrics are in a language invented by vocalist Jonsi, the vonlenska, which can be translated as a hopeful language. The idea of this is the same as the idea of Zeppelin to get his untitled album, only in the extreme. The free interpretation of the letters is very important because there are no special parameters, which gives the listener more room to concentrate on music as a whole is more if you want in the album booklet, the pages are blank, the idea is that each person write the letters you see fit.
The sound of album is dreamy, beautiful, something symphonic, environmental and above all very touching. The album is to be heard together, but I think describing random fragments give a broader idea.

Untitled 2: Start with distorted sounds, then they appear as ghostly echoes sounds very typical of the music of Sigur, also joined a guitar arpeggios something that creates an ambient post rock. Then comes the delicate voice of Jonsi, who uses the falsetto in a unique way.

Untitled 3: Start with a sound very similar to the church body, then enters a piano arpeggio accompanied by the echoes already mentioned. Then is changing in intensity until the climax where he disappears again.

This album is to hear with patience, perhaps in the field.

How To Fix Unhandled Exception Fix

Sigur Ros - Agaetis Byrjun (1999)

Agaetis Byrjum is the second album by Sigur Rós. The whole album is a ball emotions, full of space sounds, symphonic and sometimes psychedelic. His music is classified as "dreamy", "relaxing" everything depends on the mood, it can sometimes be a total nuisance to some. For many this is their best album or at least the first great album they released. It is a concept album which is poured the whole philosophy of Sigur Rós, all its stylistic innovations and other developments as to invent their own language (Vonlenska) or play their instruments stringed electric violin with a bow. The concept is about unrequited love from the beginning until his death, according to vocalist Jonsi "begins with the birth of a child." The disc had the Iceland Symphony Orchestra. From the start we emvuelven in a cloud of magical sounds that turn into "Svefn-G-Englar," symphonic "Starálfur" moving on "Flugufrelsarinn" psychedelic in "Ny Batteri" in the mood to experiment with the blues in "Hamastan hjärta (bamm bamm bamm)" sounds more epic "Vidar vel tl Loftarasa" something pop "Olsen Olsen," something more acoustic "Ágætis Byrjun" and more experimental "Avalon." Furthermore, the CD has some tricks, one of them is that you accelerate the reproduction of "Avalon" quad-speed, you're listening to a version instrumental de "Sta Ralf r".

Where Can I Buy Island Oasis Drink Mix

Lotus - Bizarro World (2009) The Song Progre

Lotus has many influences, the main ones are: heavy, celtic music, Andean music, jazz and everything in the progressive concept. The band supports influence of bands like Jethro Tull, Maiden, Rush, Jaivas, etc. But all these may not represent the full band, as it has successfully blended style own, evident from the first album, but have been refined over time.

late last year to this great band announced the release of their third album. We can say that this record has been one of the most anticipated by the community of Latin American prog because Lotus is perhaps one of the biggest rock reprensentativas South American progressive rock. Thus, on May 20 was officially "bizarro world." Now I'll go to talk disc.

The album has twelve songs but the inclusion of an edition of "Clouds Osrcuras" for radio. Another aspect is that while it is true that former flutist of the band, Jhonny Perez, surprisingly left by his great talent and also for his showmanship on stage, with all its guises, it is also true that the new flutist, Junior Pacora, has a style more delicate and jazzy, which gives the band new musical horizons. The musical production of the 13 issues "Bizarro World" was led by Rodolfo Cáceres in conjunction with Caipo July. The album art is something that looks very detailed band, this time Andrea Lertora was in charge of the illustrations and Paul Castillo, of the design.

The inclusion of more subjects seemed very successful vocal and the guitarist, in my opinion, has a more than acceptable voice and the harmonies between He and bassist seemed beautiful, especially in the chorus of the song "born again." Then another point is that the influence of Andean music have become more subtle, while the European folk are a little more obvious, this is probably due to change of Piper, as the former was more in favor of ethnic fusion, even disguised as a witch with the use of masks, even though ethnicity is this so evident in songs like "Dark Clouds" and "golden door." Finally we find the most rock full of riffs from the band, which at the same time is offset by subtle introspective tracks like "Amnesia" and "dark clouds". For other hand, a detail to hear the entire disc is the instrumental songs are usually sung songs have occurred, this is something that usually happens in most of the disk that has been a very good idea because it gives the disc and Songs more notoriety.

Intro: The beginning of the disk very atmospheric, full of mysticism with low-key arpeggios starts the journey and leads us directly to the next topic.

La Fortaleza: This item comes as a blow to the face, we can hear such maiden riffs that intertwine with flutes, then a small acoustic section that leads to a party with influence Celtic where guitar and flute create a melody in unison. Appear after famous flute solos and other parts that give an idea of a structure very entertaining.

Volver a Nacer: Another issue that is well outlined in the vein of Maiden, flutes again give that sound fun to the band. Then the voice appears, talking about philosophical issues such as obejtivo of existence, and the chorus is pronounced loud and clear, with two voices, to be reborn as a declaration of a renaissance in being. Then there is room for only very calm flute and then for the storm that represents the guitar distortion. Finally, the theme is the chorus and ends with one of his powerful riffs.

Shamballa: This topic oriental arabic music has been the focus of the band. Acoustically starts with the flute in the foreground. Then appear distorted sounds that give power to the subject.

Amnesia: One of the most intimate and sensitive issues on the disc. It has a deep melody and a simple arpeggio that touches the soul. The lyrics are existential, it suffers from amnesia, the man has forgotten who he really is, is not their being, their goals. This sensitivity is raised to enter the guest's voice Gisela Ponce, who has a very nice you. The instrumental section of track is an explosion of pent-up emotions that express non-existence. Celtic Dance

2: As in part one (found in one of his 2 previous albums), INICA with a flute melody very sharp and slippery. This part is countered with a more powerful guitar section. The topic happens various sections of combianda Celtic music with rock and progressive spirit.

Inhabitant of an imaginary world: One of the songs composed by the bassist. It has strong melodies combined with melodic parts. It has sections very entertaining as the part where the flute and guitar together to form a blues rock tune half. Dark Clouds

: Andean Starts with air, so sound and melancholy. Then the issue becomes a bit faster but remains sound. The vocal melody is Hook, this issue is painted as a single bound. The letter addresses the theme of loneliness as dark clouds and sad souls.

Atlantis: is a powerful subject line that keeps the album. It has air funk interspersed with epic sounds. After heavy parts, instrumental parts, solos of flute. Then at minute 4:02 appears a party atmosphere, like the intro arpeggios, but played in a way that inspires tension. Note that in this song the bass parts is a key role as outshine the guitar. Finally, top of page.

Night Blue: A subject very calm and introspective, melancholy melody sad airs the issue. Eventually the issue becomes speed that is crowned by a flute solo.

The Golden Gate: This topic notice very clearly the Andean influences. After going through a dramatic section, a funk and appear alone. Resurfaces Andean section but heavier. Bizarre Worlds

: Finally, the title track to disk. It is the longest track and the most elaborate. First show airs pastoral acoustic melodies. Then a more acoustic arpeggio rhythm and tension in the voices appear as usual very good. Then they appear signs of distortion, until they become evident in the chorus that recites: "Bizarre Worlds invade my altar, I look back and I lose my freedom." After a guitar solo that returns to lead the choir, which is adorned with an array of flute. Follows a passage very similar to the "Medusa" from the previous album. After the guitar and flute playing alunísono on a rock. Begins a section that could be called by the melodies of trance, and recite the refrain in chorus Gisela Ponce, forming a harmony and melody other than the choir, you can even hear a charango. After choppy strokes lead in the choir performed in a slow and epic with background vocals. Following in the flute solo with jazzy influence of the new flute. At minute 8:16 instrumental passages appear that change in tone and form an atmosphere of chaos, the main instrument is the guitar. Finally the track ends with the calm began. It is a perfect ending to an album full of power and also depth and intimacy.

This work is one of the discs that have them to listen more than 1 time to achieve capture all those details specific to Lotus. It is one of the discs that have to be mandatory in your music library.

Updated (04/08/09) : Due to misinformation provided just point one of the producers of this disc. But as we said a comment on this post, since corrected the data that had to do with the producers of this wonderful work. We offer our sincere apologies for the mistake, which as stated before, has just been corrected.

of the Week: Muse - Starlight

Yes, I know Muse is a band not entirely prog, but also known to have much influence of gender and even ProgArchives have it in their records. Perhaps this song goes far beyond Prog but is something special, so I'm going to afford me that freedom.

This song is dedicated to someone special, someone I think a lot, someone who in these last days has changed my life ... If M. this song I dedicate to you, you're the girl that makes me special, which I think and where I want to keep thinking a long time.

BATMAN AND ROBIN HOME NUMBER TWO!

A lthough soon we will let you review this and each of the numbers are published in this series that goes with the script of Mr. Morison and where we can see almost all well know to unusual dynamic duo (Dick dressed as Batman and Bruce's son as the new Robin) at the expense of knowing what will happen if Bruce finally regained the mantle that rightfully pertenece.Al Apart from that the series as a number one is flying high with good (very good sales ... although it decreases and time) sales and great reviews on what is considered one of the best jobs currently posted by Damien Wayne DC.En this number do not think you will have very easy at this time see if a loose Batman played by Dick manages to help properly (as in Batman gets loose in the game of Mr. Morison where this time the dynamic duo's singing voice carries the alias Boy Wonder Robin due to its violent nature of Damien and less violent attitude with regard to the genuine Dick Batman Bruce Wayne) would certainly seem that at least this number two in the bar will alto.Continuaremos reporting.

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fungus (2008)

This is one of the last discs that Omar Rogriguez launched in 2008.
As you know, Omar discs are crazy, very psychedelic, very improvisational, less architecture for a Mars Volta track average and mostly instrumental.

This album is the most melodic of all the litter of discs sack Mr Omar in 2008, here you can find great improvisations as the first item.

"Hands Tied To The Roots OF A Hemorrhage" perhaps the issue more palatable, in which Omar's solos condense and form one with the structure.

"Sex, Consolation For Misery" is a single sad experimental ruidillos all features of Omar.

"Tied Prom Digs On The Docks" begins very intense but then becomes a total psychedelic madness.

"Mood Swings" is all crazy, at times reminds me a little more experimental Radiohead.

"An Ancious shrewdness In The Veins" is dominated by piano and jazz sounds pretty.

Why Are Scorpio Men So Cold

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - Minor Cuts And Scrapes In The Bushes (2008)

Minor Cuts is one of several disks that Mr. Omar Rodriguez published this year. Regarding "Absence ..." this album is much more experimental and noisy. Omar

explodes in psychedelia (every so often does) and gives us one of her most difficult to understand. Disc will not describe the issues because apparently it is an inseparable whole. It is obviously much less melodic than the "Absence ..." and has such noises can be heard in the background in the areas of Mars Volta.

Blank Baseball Jerseys

Riverside - Anno Domini high definition (2009) Prog

The Polish band owns a dark progressive metal, dense, atmospheric, is back with an album that promises to be among the best of this year. "Anno Domini High Definition" has the explosive charge with metal floydiano climates and oriental style reminiscent tool. Arguably, this work surpasses the previous "Rapid Eye Movement" because it has more dynamic and more ideas.

Hyperactive - A naive keyboard arpeggio is going deeper into the atmosphere. Then he approaches the power of the band that was reflected by a strong heavy riff on textures, then appears the voice so characteristic of the band, all performed with awesome power. It is thus as the topic deserves its name, breaking the quiet with a neurotic hyperactivity.

Driven to destruction - Start with low forming rate up together after all the band adding a different nuance to the beat of the bass. Then enter the mysterious touch giving voice to the subject. So the issue does not lose a single ounce of strength.

hedonist Egoist - begins with the voice with musical tension in atmospheres that are waiting to explode, which succeeds in doing so leading to a heavy riff and hammond arrangements. But before the choir hear something unthinkable in the band, a horn section, playing a kind of funk, as if it were a movie with Bruce Lee. Then appears a mystical atmosphere that fills everything slowly. The last three minutes the subject is transformed and gives way to an instrumental section of the best that can be found on the disk. This issue is, in my opinion, the jewel of the disc.

Left out - is a very intimate, with an air blues, and a great atmosphere. It feels like a theme floydiano but with a more modern sound. Of course the subject has its intense instrumental section.

times Hybrid - The longest track begins with keyboard arpeggios accompanying the vocalist in a tight melody, then enter the riff and everything hardens and becomes more dynamic with those odd rhythms typical of the band, then comes some with loops that explodes into a guitar solo and so are happening several reasons forming the epic track record and has the most changes. Finally, electronic loops to seize the issue leading to a part piscodélica where cries are heard as fading.

This closes the disc, leaving it clear that Riverside has become so glorious.

THE RETURN OF STEVE ROGERS!

the press today in the United States appears an interview with the leader of Marvel where he announces that its number 600 from the collection of Captain America began a series of 5 chapters that will bring back to the original Captain America Steve Rogers.Recordemos the character was shot two years ago outside a courthouse in the macro-Civil War saga Marveliana the course muerte.Por result of the character will continue to run much Bucky success but also their particular siderlick under the mask of the captain of the bars and stars in a version that has been very tasty for aficionados.Como lately and although both are different publishers both destinations as Captain America Batman walk the paths like we echo this news Marveliana on this blog with the hope that DC soon will bring us an excellent history with the return of Bruce Wayne in his mantle and recovery Dick Grayson as Nightwing for me to understand the loss of this character has been somewhat unfortunate by DC for the importance that had already won over time that was already in publication and the evolution of the character.

Song of the Week: Anglagard - Kung Bore

Anglagard, the Swedish band that grew a progressive symphonic sound all its own, returns after 15. Soon will be releasing a new album, drummer Mattias Olsson said enthusiastically, "is grateful for the new technology that we have today." In the back are all original members of the band, I mean be a true return. Here is one of their best songs.

Age Of Empire 1 No Cd

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - Omar Rodriguez-Lopez & Jeremy Michael Ward (2008)

Originally this album was recorded in 2001 after the breakup of At The Drive-In, and was supposed to be only for the family and friends of Omar, but perhaps requirements of the label, this album came out to mass audiences in 2008. Under these circumstances it is possible to understand this strange work. As Omar said before vertienetes has two, one of improvisation and a more experimental, this album falls into the latter category.

to describe the sound of the record because we have to imagine different modulated sounds messy and a half. It's a strange psychedelic industrial environment, there is apparently no rock instruments, just noise. From one point of view the album is interesting, but requires a lot of the listener. And if they realize you will notice that certain issues are part of the psychedelic used by Omar on Mars Volta albums, eg "Inertiatic ESP" is a noise at the beginning, well, these are the beginning of the song "A Tightrope Supports Our Festering.

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - Calibration (2008)

Calibration is the fifth album of Omar, and the first of four which launched in 2008. I think that Omar's discography there are two camps, a melodic and psychedelic experimental a purely experimental and psychedelic. This disc fits the first definition and I think one of his best achievements.

"Mexico" begins with environmental sounds, and then becomes a rocker piscodelico chaos.

"Mount Tai" He sings the same Omar, and I like her voice as less virtuous than Cedric. The issue remains a rock spirit.

"A searing Ced" An item with exploration guitar, bass cumbia uses this progression that gives the subject a Latin air.

"Calibration ..." Cedric appears in this issue, could pass as a matter of Mars Volta, but with less care and more in accordance fondness for improvisation.

"Grey (Cancion Para El)" begins with strings! Did not expect. Then a clean guitar with wah wah Omar behind subtle and certain sounds Martians. Everything is very calm and atmospheric.

Glosa Picaresque Wou Men "Then at the beginning reminds me of the" Trout Mask "by Captain Beefheart by such dissonant guitars and clean. Then go back up in intensity and the atmosphere noisy ghost-present in other topics, you can hear a voice I think is to Omar.

"Sidewalk Fins" is atmospheric and jazzy.

"Lick the Tilting Poppies" Omar's voice feels strong in English. The issue is slow and dense but maintains the melody, until now one of the best on the disc.

"Cut The Neck" A very good song for guitar. Expresses a melancholy clean guitar while traveling Omar will Santanaescos passages.

"... Is Pushing Luck" Cedric is also involved here, it shows the mark of Omar in the low constant improvisation, production and many other elements besides the main course is your guitar.

"Tears of Arakuine" The issue is driven by a melodic arpeggio which rely on other elements. Omar's guitar sounds beautifully melodic and lush, creating harmonies with himself at the time. Finally the track closes sublimely beautiful strings.

Tracklist:
1. Mexico (3:00)
2. Mount Tai (2:33)
3. A searing Ced (2:47)
4. Calibration ... (3:36)

7. Sidewalk Fins 6:32)
8. Lick the Tilting Poppies (5:17)
9. Cut The Neck (3:24)
10. ... Is Pushing Luck (8:11)

What Happens If You Wank With Vaseline

Progre Song of the Week : Flor de Loto - Amnesia

Amnesia is the new single Flor de Loto, "Bizarro World." In this record the rock spirit is the most remarkable aspect, and the number of songs sung is five, and in truth because there is no more as the voice of the guitarist seems worthy and even better when you came in on bass vocals . Another aspect of the album is introspective side, more spiritual, metaphysical, with acoustic songs and melancholy, this is one of them, but here also invited the actress Gisela Ponce de León, who debuted as a singer, his voice fits perfectly in the subject.

What To Put On Wedding Bubbles

Omar Rodriguez Lopez - Omar Rodriguez Lopez and Lydia Lunch (2007)

This album is a collaboration with an artist named Omar Lydia Lunch. It seems to be a kind of poet. The disc is responsible for the mood as she recites the poem. All issues are linked and have almost the same structure: A good rhythm groove, with the low key funk and Omar arrangements.
The poem contains letters and dealing with controversial issues like the death of God, the war in Iraq, etc.

Tracks Listing 1. Welcome to My Church (4:59)
2. Getting Rid of God (5:01)
3. Back to the Goddess (5:00)
4. The End of the White Man's Revolution (4:27)
5. Women (In the Beginning) (4:58)

Calgary Biohazard Suit

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - The Apocalypse Inside of an Orange (2007)

This album is very focused on jazz and improvisation that is what becomes important. In addition, the bases are repetitive which makes focusing even more on improvisation.

"Melting Chariots" With a funk beat the record. The issue has distinctive sax and background you can hear a wah wah guitar, while Omar improvised.

"Knee Deep In The Loving Hush Of Heresy" Start with a whole mess of sound, then it becomes heavy and slow, as a matter fatasmal. So the subject alternates between these two parties. Then in the middle of the track sounds like a Latin beat and begins what looks like a keyboard solo. Finally closed with heavy chords and accelerated.

"Jacob Van Lennepkade II" Theme 18 minutes. This comprises the initial issue under "Viscera Eyes", I guess the idea was to expand with jamming.

"Fuerza de Liberacion" After the noises you hear a Latin percussion, while a voice says in English language on the release. Omar then improvised a strange base, including jazz and mantra.

"Spared From The Insult List" half Latino theme which serves to make the guitar exploration.

"Baby Fat" Small matter of free jazz, with an air space. Near the end acquires a strong Latin beat.

"The Apocalypse Inside Of An Orange" The title track the album is more atmospheric and experimental subject. It has no rhythm, the melodies are unclear, many Eastern and psychedelic influences.

"Coma Pony" is the most melodic track on the disc, has a tidy jamming.

Tracklist 1. Melting Chariots (3:51)
2. Knee Deep in the Loving Hush of Heresy (6:02)
3. Jacob Van Lennepkade II (18:25)
4. Liberation Force (5:33)
5. Sparked From The Insult List (6:08)
6. Baby Fat (2:47)
7. The Apocalypse Inside of An Orange (11:14)
8. Coma Pony (6:36)
